Nike unveils Marty McFly's Iconic Power-Lace Shoes on 'Back to the Future' Day

On October 21st many fans have been waiting for the Back to the Future Trilogy where Marty McFly and Doctor Brown travel 30 years in the future to a unreal city of Hill Valley California, to save Marty McFly’s yet to be born children. Do you think Marty McFly can save his yet to be born children?

Anyway, to celebrate the special event. Nike just released a complete functional version of a well-known Nike Mag Sneakers that Marty McFly will wear in the movie.  However the sneakers he is wearing in Back to the Future II are just props, but the recent release is the real thing.

Apparently this is actually not the first time Tinker Hatfield the creator who created the real fictional design. He  tries to present an original version of the iconic sneakers. The 2011 version, the battery did not last long. It has one flaw it did not self-lace.  Though this time the company says they have developed  and changed the technology in the shoe, that can sense the foot automatically. It  tightens the so called power laces in the lower part of the sneaker around the foot.  It  can close the strap that fits around the person’s ankle. The coolest part of the iconic sneakers is that it has a manual control  to allow to tighten or loosen the grip of the lace.

The shoes are inspired by Marty McFly, it is the only fitting first pair of Nike Mag Sneakers send to Michael J.Fox, the actor of the fictional character, Marty McFly on October 21st 2015. Therefore the good news is that there will be an additional pair in 2016. What is the bad news? This is  a limited edition  also these iconic mag sneakers will only be available only through  auction.

The company says all the money from the iconic mag sneakers will be donated to the Michael J.Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. Even though that is good news it also means that the mag Nike sneakers will be too expensive for us!
